Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your event runs smoothly and your Glittery Dreams experience is extra magical:
GENERAL EVENTS TIPS
To ensure everything runs seamlessly:
- Parking: Please reserve a parking spot at or close to the venue (this avoids delays)
- Adult Supervision: An adult must be present while services are being delivered.
- Finding You: Please create a sign or place a balloon at the venue to make it easy for everyone

ULTIMATE GIRLS PARTY OR GLITTER BAR
To help your artist shine:
- Please provide one table and two chairs
- A shaded area if the event is outdoors
- Capture the sparkle and excitement with lots of photos!
FAMILY MAGIC EXPERIENCE OR CIRCUS MAGIC SHOW
For the best magical experience:
- We require a 3x5m performance area free of obstructions
- Set up some seating or floor cushions for children (picnic rugs work great outdoors)
- Please avoid high-traffic areas like near toilets or food tables
- Don’t forget to capture some of the magical reactions
DISCO DREAM PARTY
To keep the party moving:
- Provide access to a power outlet near the DJ area
- Create a dance floor space where kids can move freely
- If you’ve added a bubble machine, make sure there’s a non-slip surface underneath (like carpet)
- Please turn off smoke alarms — our haze machine can trigger them
Neon Party Upgrade:
- Black out windows or use curtains to enhance the glow effect
